OUR 30 DAY RETURNS POLICY PROMISE

At Morris Richardson we are passionate about our products but if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund, no questions asked policy, on all unused products within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging (with tags and security seals in place) within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for both personalised products and products purchased from a third party.

REFUNDS

Following our commitment to quality, to be eligible for a refund your item must be unused, in its original packaging with proof of purchase and all associated material. Items must be returned as a whole and not as separate parts.

Please send us an email to support@morrisrichardson.com to notify our customer services team that you would like a refund. Please specify your name, address, order number and importantly the reason for your return to schedule the return. Please also download and complete our Customer Returns Form here which is to be completed and returned along with your items. We advise that all returns are sent by Recorded Delivery, as we are unable to accept responsibility for returns unless signed for by a member of Morris Richardson's staff.

Once we have received your return, we will inform you via email. Returns are usually processed within 10 business days, although during busy periods this maybe slightly longer. Refunds will always be processed by the original method of payment and may take up to 10 business days to clear. Unfortunately we cannot refund gift wrap, duties, taxes or shipping charges.

EXCHANGES

If you would prefer to exchange your order for another item, as long as it is in stock we will send it to you usually within 5 business days of receiving your return. If your requested item is not in stock, we will contact you directly to discuss your options.
